I wanted to create random layouts based on a grid of columsn and rows. Here I created an initial setup where a layout is created based on an underlying grid.
Using the layout algorithm for one of my Genuary 2025 works called Reflecties.
Rectangular spirals a.k.a. paperclips but more blocky.
This iteration is more inspired by Adobe Indesign's wireframe mode of layouts. In the end I mixed it up as well with the previous made Rectangular Spirals.
