ITR.01 / Plots
When Genuary 2025 was done I turned towards plotting some of the results. This meant adjusting the original code so it could be properly plotted.
This project is a continuation of one of the results of the 31 sketches I made for Genuary 2025. The original prompt was "One line that may or may not intersect itself.". I had the idea to let a line reflect within a boundary and iterated from there.

When Genuary 2025 was done I turned towards plotting some of the results. This meant adjusting the original code so it could be properly plotted.
The Genuary 2025 result used a single path with straight lines, for this iteration I moved towards multiple colored paths with curved reflections.
Instead of reflecting paths inside one single boundary what happens if I create multiple boundaries which overlap. And as well increase the reflecting count as well which makes the output a bit more chaotic.
Until now the reflecting line algorithm worked on rectangular boundaries. I adjusted the algorithm so it could work with polygons and used a new algorithm I created for splitting up polygons by cutting them up.
